Project Description

In this kitchen renovation project, we undertook a comprehensive range of tasks to completely transform the space:

Removed the old kitchen units, appliances, and floor tiles to prepare for the new installation.
Conducted new rewiring work and secured NIC EIC certification to ensure electrical safety and compliance.
Installed new radiators to improve the heating efficiency of the kitchen.
Upgraded the waste pipe communications for better functionality.
Repaired the floor base to ensure a solid foundation for the new floor tiles.
Installed new kitchen units and elegant marble worktops, significantly enhancing the kitchen’s aesthetic and utility.
Laid new tiles on the floor, adding durability and style to the kitchen.
Prepared the walls and ceiling for painting, including smoothing the walls for an optimal finish and filling in any holes and cracks.
Painted the walls with one mist coat and two full coats of emulsion in a magnolia shade, and the ceiling in white, to create a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
Painted the door, door frame, and skirtings with an undercoat and gloss white paint for a sleek and clean finish.
Conducted tidy-up operations at the end of each working day to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Disposed of all removed items and waste, ensuring the project site was left clear and tidy upon completion.
