- Conducted full rewiring and obtained NIC EIC certification to ensure electrical safety and compliance.
- Installed new radiators to improve the warmth and comfort of the room.
- Built a new suspended ceiling, adding to the room’s aesthetic and functional appeal.
- Fixed plasterboard on new walls and ceilings, preparing them for finishing touches.
- Installed a new door, enhancing the room’s accessibility and security.
- Plastered the walls to create a smooth and even surface.
- Performed self-leveling on the floor to ensure a perfectly flat base.
- Installed underfloor heating and all related components, providing a cozy environment.
- Laid vinyl flooring and skirtings, adding durability and style to the room.
- Prepared walls and ceiling for painting by smoothing the surfaces for an optimal finish and filling all holes and cracks.
- Painted walls and ceiling with one mist coat and two full coats of emulsion in white, creating a bright and inviting space.
- Painted the door, door frame, and skirtings with an undercoat and eggshell white paint, ensuring a sleek and durable finish.
- Conducted tidy-up operations at the end of each working day to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Disposed of all removed items and waste, leaving the room spotless and ready for furnishing and play.
